Where do you operate or specialize?
While I am a licensed broker for the entire state of Maine, I generally practice in Greater Portland- the towns of Portland, South Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Westbrook, Falmouth, Cumberland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Gray and well beyond. I can help anyone in the state buy or sell a home, land or investment property. While the towns above are a general rule and guide I have been known on many occasions to travel the state of Maine north and south high and low for my clients- essentially there is no market in Maine that I cannot tackle!
Do you offer referrals or testimonials from previous clients?
Yes! 90%+ of my business comes directly from past clients. I have a five star rating on both Zillow and Realtor.com. I supply all new clients with a list of precious and current clients who are more than happy to talk to you about my services and experience.
Do you work with first time home buyers?
I work with all types of buyers- first time buyers, investors, second homes and vacation homes and I love working with first time home buyers in Maine! I am well suited to help the first time home buyer through the process with ease and support. I also offer the experience needed for investment and vacation property purchases as well.
Do you just sell houses?
I am licensed and experienced in selling all types of Maine property including: single family homes, condos, multi family homes, land, new construction, investment property and commercial property in Maine.
